2. Blowout proof stem
The ball and stem are integrally cast, and the surface is equipped with through holes and dovetail grooves, which can make the inner liner closely combine with the metal parts without separation. When the valve cavity pressure is abnormal, the stem will not blow out.
3.Convex Sealing Structure of Body and Bonnet
The valve body and bonnet are equipped with a sealing convex and dovetail groove structure, which can prevent the liner from falling off and effectively prevent the leakage between the bodies.
4.Self-Compensating Design for Energy Storage U-Type Seat
The body and bonnet sealing seats are equipped with U-shaped grooves. The pre-tightening force is applied to the seal through the valve body and bonnet, and the sealing seat absorbs the tightening force. When the valve is used for a long time, the sealing surface of the body and bonnet will be worn. At this time, the sealing seat releases the pre-tightening force, which can effectively compensate the sealing surface and protect the sealing effect of the valve.
